Any guest who purchase a VIP room, must contact VIRTUOCITY to schedule a booking time at 4042 0356 during operation hours.
VIP Rooms requires parental or guardian QID and Number on redemption if below 18 years old.
All products have a 1month Validity period from the day of purchase.
Product cannot be exchanged for any other product.
