  • The Gift Card can be used on any day during park operating hours at Angry Birds World, Snow Dunes, and Virtuocity.
  • This card and it's balance will be valid for 6 months
  • The Gift Card is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
  • The park and its management are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Gift Card after purchase.
  • General safety rules of the park apply at all times.
  • Photography & Filming By visiting the premises, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. These images or videos may be used for documentation, reports, and promotional purposes, including flyers, brochures, newspapers, and online platforms. While your identity will not be disclosed, you acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for such usage. All photos and videos remain the property of Leisure Company and its affiliates.
  • Age & Height Restrictions Angry Birds World & Virtuocity – Certain rides have age & height restrictions. Snow Dunes – Children under 3 years old or shorter than 1.10 meters are not permitted to enter. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 or older.
  • Health & Safety Angry Birds World & Virtuocity – Some rides are not suitable for pregnant women due to potential physical risks. Guests with certain medical conditions (e.g., recent surgery, diabetes, motion sickness, high/low blood pressure) assume full responsibility for their health. Snow Dunes – Due to the cold environment and potential physical risks, the park is not suitable for pregnant women. Guests with certain medical conditions (e.g., recent surgery, diabetes, motion sickness, high/low blood pressure) assume full responsibility for their health. Helmets are compulsory for all guests under 14 years old or shorter than 1.6 meters in all snow areas and certain rides.
  • Clothing Requirements Angry Birds World & Virtuocity – Appropriate clothing and footwear are required for safety and comfort. Lightweight, comfortable clothing is recommended, and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for certain attractions. Snow Dunes – Entry is only permitted with the official Snow Dunes uniform. Rental of boots, trousers, jackets, gloves, and socks is included in the entry price.
  • Prohibited Items Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park. Sharp objects and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
  • Behavior & Conduct Guests are expected to behave appropriately and treat other guests and staff with respect at all times. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests whose behavior compromises safety, security, or the enjoyment of others.
